Interview
Fairly smooth. Started with a time-limited case study. Company and industry profile, as well as ratio analyses to be cleaned up and readied and few hours.

Followed up by multiple rounds of interviews with Analyst, VPs and an M.D. Standard fit questions: why investment banking? Why our firm? Lots of background inquiries.

Not overly technical, few questions about comparables, transaction multiples, DCF et al.

No brain teasers or IQ tests.
