The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online in December 2017. I had an econometric test via e-mail in January and a phone interview with many members of the division. The econometric test consisted of two topics. The first one was to perform data transformation and interpret OLS regressions. The second one was to about panel data and how to identify if you have to use fixed-effect or random-effect (Hausman test). The phone interview was about competency questions.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part was the econometric test of this process. There were two topics. The first one was about OLS regressions. It had 5 sub-questions. The first and second question was about data transformation. The third and fourth was about presenting the OLS results and interpreting the coefficients. The last one was to comment on possible problems regarding this regression. The second part consisted of the same number of questions but for panel data. I suggest you read how to make a panel regression in your econometric software and all the checks that you have to do before performing such a regression
