Everest High Income Property is a private equity real estate investment firm with a difference. Our mission is to bring reliable high income and institutional quality investment management, research, and technology directly to individual investors, wealth managers, and family offices without big commissions and fees.

Everest seeks to own many of the buildings that America’s most reliable brands like Walgreens, FedEx, General Electric, Goodyear and Proctor & Gamble operate from. The company collects rent from these tenants and passes a minimum of 90% of the taxable income received onto stockholders. Everest’s investment strategy is designed to generate monthly dividend income from a reliable and predictable level of monthly rents paid by primarily investment grade and other credit-worthy tenants on net lease real estate.
