Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter through LinkedIn. I received an email a few weeks later to schedule an initial call. The phone interview consisted of more of a conversation about my background/current position and the opening at the company. There were no technical questions asked during the phone interview, however, the interviewer mentioned having me complete a test assignment. Due to my workload at that time, I would did not have the ability to complete any assignments so I was not required to do so.
Interview Questions
Nothing out of the norm. Asked for my "story" and personal interests. Was asked about my comfort level with excel, writing, and valuation.
No technical questions. Interviewer was very personable and we there was a lot of common ground to discuss. As I would have been an experienced hire, a large portion of the interview was related to the interviewer describing the company/position to me.
