Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process begins with an initial phone screen where a recruiter runs through some basic fit stuff (why this company, why this particular program). Sometimes there's a one on one in person either at their Boston or Chicago offices, but this doesn't always happen. Finally is the superday where you are brought in to speak with people from the departments you will be rotation through. This is a financial services/tech company and they do a lot of the BO to MO services of buy side and sell side clients from trade settlement, transfer agency, to custody stuff. As such, a lot of the superday interviewers are from biz dev or quality assurance type roles.
