Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. was founded in March 1986 by Thomas F. Steyer. Mr. Steyer and Mr. Andrew J.M. Spokes are the Senior Managing Members.
The firm manages equity capital for institutions and high net worth individuals. Farallon's institutional investors are primarily college endowments and foundations. Farallon employs approximately 165 people in six offices globally, including our headquarters in San Francisco, California.
