Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online through my school, and I was contacted about having an interview very shortly thereafter.
The interview was an hour-long phone interview during which they asked me mostly behavioral questions. However, it was interesting because they gave me all of the questions up front so I basically just had to talk for an hour.
Interview Questions
none really. Just the standard behavioral ones e.g. tell us about a time you failed. Also there were some questions about projects for which you demonstrated leadership abilities.

I talked about a presentation that I did for the finance group in school that didn't go particularly well. I was very detailed about why I didn't succeed and how that experience made me prepared the next time.
tell us about a time when you succeeded and how did you succeed.

Similar to above. I spoke about an investment proposal that did succeed and why. Having a room full of smart people vote your proposal up or down is a fairly intimidating experience.
