Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
After applying online, I got an email for a phone screening with a member of HR. After my phone interview, I was asked what position I was specifically interested in interviewing for as I applied for a few different positions. I had a short interview with a few members, and then had a super day like experience with many one-on-one Zoom calls when different members of the team I chose to interview with.

Interview
Super easy/simple. Applied on UVa jobs page, sent an email to recruiter to show interest. Had a phone interview with about 3 people (just basic behavioral stuff, including "what are the FHLbanks?:)

Had a Skype interview with Capital Markets manager, super chill people and they really just cared if I was local or not.
Interview Questions
They were all just basic behavioral questions. No biggie.
