Interview
Applied online and then received a call from the hiring manger. The phone interview consisted of a 3 on 1 questioning for about an hour. The questions were mainly behavioral/ fit with a few technical questions. After this the direct manager called me to offer the position. Following this the recruiter sent me the official offer and then I started the extensive background checks that all Fed employees must undergo.
