Interview
Positive experience without any hardball question. All behavioral. Interviewer was helpful and reached out afterward to offer feedback.
Interview Questions
There was not any hard question for the phone interview. All behavior questions including talking about some of your past experiences, walk through resumes. The interviewer also asked about a challenge that candidate went through and how I overcame it. The style was very conversational, with follow up and commentaries on each question. Round 2 was also the same, mostly just the employer wanting to see if the candidate might be someone they can vibe with (airport test). Just be confident and I think you'll be fine
