Please describe the interview / hiring process.
When I was first contacted, I was occupied with a current internship which was coming to an end so they were flexible with the timing of the interview. The first part of the interview consisted of a test. The test evaluated our accounting knowledge in terms of how well we know the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. It also tested our knowledge of certain financial ratios an the importance of it. The company then grades the test and afterwards there is a one on one interview with a couple of the vice presidents. It's not too technical and more behavioral.
