Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Role: Quantitative Developer
2 rounds.
1st round with the hiring manager lasted for 45 minutes. Mostly consisted of in-depth discussion about any one project off of my resume that he wanted to go through. Basically wanted to understand the extent of contribution, attitude towards learning and questioning, and general curiosity about a task at hand.
2nd Round: length 3hrs.
broken down into 3 interactions.
1st interaction with a panel of 2 senior members of the team to discuss the nitty-gritty of technical skillset and some behavioral questions.
2nd quantitative rounds with two mid-level quants about technical projects and understanding of stats, maths, coding, finance.
3rd round a written test to check coding abilities.
