Associate Sector Specialist Intern

I received an email from a club I'm part of at my university that said that Fidelity was hiring, I had to go through their website and apply. After not hearing anything back for 1.5 months, I got an email asking for a phone interview. This interview was mainly behavioral, asked why I was interested in stocks, equity research, what I look for in a company etc. A week later I got a call asking for a final round interview in Boston, there were 6 interviews back to back, and were a mix of behavioral, more analytical questions, and one interview that really tested excel skills. It was evident that they wanted someone who was fairly proficient in excel. I finished the interviews, and 1.5 weeks later was notified of the result.
