Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This position was brought to me internally and I was suggested to interview. I applied for the position and had an interview a week later with two managers from Texas via video. I was notified a week later that I did not get the job, but a colleague received a second interview and had to include a skills test as well for their new interview.
