1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One-step process: 1-on-1 interview with regional manager.
Nice and relatively relaxed interview. It was for an analytical/asset allocation position as a co-op student, helping out advisor salesmen. Questions like: If you had $1M, how would you allocate it? What are your long-term goals? Did you apply to many other jobs?
Culture seems very risk averse.
IMO they're not in the hottest industry, mutual funds are not that interesting.
