Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Entire process was pretty straight forward. Submitted the application online and was later contacted by a recruiter. The first interview was over the phone with the recruiter and it was just behavioral questions. After that, there was a "superday" where I was interviewed by 3 people from the firm. The interview also consisted mostly of behavioral and the technical questions were just related to the markets, global economy, recent news, industry trends, etc.
