1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had to first do the insights program in which about half of us got a first round interview. Then of those roughly 10/15 of us passed to an in person interview in Boston. The questions were fairly easy and behavioral, but you definitely had to show up as unique. Very few people had the same background.
