General Process:
Step 1
30 minute on-campus interview which included a stock pitch. The interview was with one Fidelity PM and one analyst.
Step 2
Day of interviews in Boston at Fidelity headquarters. Consisted of 6 individual interviews and a stock pitch to a group of portfolio manager in a conference room
Step 3
Another couple of hours of interviews in Boston with specific teams to determine fit.
