On campus back-to-back half-hour one-on-ones for the first round. Started with the "tell me about yourself" question and then moved on. Not as technically intense as an IB interview, but more focused on your understanding, interest, and thought process regarding investments.

Superday was a couple weeks later in Boston. 6 or so interviews similar to first round, including one stock pitch (company given about 4 days beforehand). I would stress that I believe the stock pitch is really your chance to shine - put a lot of effort into this analysis and you can impress the right people and show your interest in the job. Interviews were with all levels of seniority, but more slanted toward PMs or heads of research. Lunch at mid-day with other candidates, then got an invite to stay afterward to speak with one of the more senior guys. Office was big but not overwhelmingly so - very nice place. Work culture sounds very independent - even right out of the gate you are given a lot of freedom to tackle these research assignments how you wish (i.e. build models and pore over company disclosures vs. meeting with management and touring operations). Seems like a great place to work.
