Equity Research Associate

Had an 1-1 on campus interview, followed by a superday, which consisted of five interviews. The superday included a t test, where one stock ticker was given a week before, and candidates came up with a pitch, a write-up, and a model for the stock. The superday included pitching the stock to two people (about 15 minutes), and they asked some questions. After that, there was four 1 on 1 interviews with 3 portfolio managers and an interview with the HR. After the superday, I came into the office for another interview with an senior executive.
