Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got invited to a one on one interview with a Fidelity senior analyst at a stock pitch competition. This was a very laid back interview which makes me think it was more of a pre-screening prior to 1st rounds. The interview lasted about 45 min and did not include a stock pitch. This was more of a behavioral/fit/test your knowledge on the markets and investing interview.
The interviewer was fairly nice, but not very sociable. It was an overall okay experience.
