Equity Research Summer Associate

I recruited on-campus. After submitting a cover letter and resume, I was contacted for first-round phone interviews in about 2 weeks. After my phone interview, I was invited the same day to attend the superday. Unfortunately, due to blizzards in Boston, my Superday was rescheduled twice. The Superday was very nice-- had breakfast and then met with 6 or 7 professionals in all positions. The interviews were quite different-- be prepared for fit, accounting, brainteasers, cases, market-based, and general business acumen questions.
