Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The online application is a breeze, not as onerous as most bulge brackets with their small boxes for fit questions. You'll need to fulfill some minimum requirements in terms of your academics and availability, then they'll process you to the psychometric online tests almost immediately. You'll get an email thereafter for a phone interview with HR, which should last for 30 minutes (mine lasted 45mins).
Mostly fit questions, why fidelity, standard questions about yourself, and one question on your investing process (which i did not really expect, but wasn't too hard).
