Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st phone and resume screen with recruiter then interview with hiring manager two weeks later. Phone interview was standard. Questions were the typical interview questions such as why Fidelity? What kind of questions would you ask a client who had an idea of what kind of what they wanted to accomplish but did not know how to ask the proper question. another was tell me time you were in a problematic situation and you successfully came up with a solution to combat the issue?
