Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone screen interview with a recruiter to go over university education and experience. Basic behavioural interview questions, why Finance, why Fidelity, where do you see yourself in 5 years. On site interview scheduled the week after for a 2 on 1 interview fairly similar to the first phone screen interview. General questions on the markets, knowledge of requirements for series 7/63, plus a role playing section where interviewee will need to ask open ended questions to understand the needs of the client. After interview was given a roughly 45 minute behavioural/logic multiple choice questionnaire.
