Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was standard. Had a phone interview with an HR member where we went over my resume. Then had an interview in branch with the Branch Leader where the questions were all behavioral like what are your career goals etc. Then the third interview was a group interview with the other Financial Consultants where they got to know you. Very very easy.
