Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1: Mostly behavioral with HR - Why Fidelity, Why Asset Management, etc. Friendly interviewer. Asked about grocery stores near where I went to school
Round 2: Behavioral essay: What is the type of environment you would most thrive in and why?
Round 3: Behavioral interview with 2 Managing Directors. 1 consulting-style question at the end: "How would you estimate the weekly revenue of a cafe near your school?"
Round 4: Behavioral interview with 1 Research Analyst, 1 Research Associate, 1 trader. Asked to pitch a stock since I mentioned it and asked to differentiate credit pitches and stock pitches. Note that Research Analysts are above Research Associates in Fidelity's hierarchy.
