Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview followed by assessment day. Half interviews cut at lunch on assessment day and then the P test which is an hour to review multiple reports on a company (sell side and annual reports as well as management statement). Have to just read everything and be prepared to be ripped apart.
