RE Debt (CMBS) Intern

First Round: Interview w/ HR Recruiter over Zoom. First asked standard questions (why are you interested, why Fidelity, tell me about a time you worked with a team, tell me about a time when something didn't go your way, what are your hobbies, etc.). Asked me to rank preferences. Received follow-up around 1.5-2 weeks later that confirmed Second Round invite. Second Round: Zoom Interview w/ Managing Director of Research. Asked more resume specific questions, more about future interests in finance, about current roles/clubs, etc. Had time for questions for him at the end.
