Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted to interview through OCR. Meet with current FDLP members along with VPs for dinner. The next morning you will do a 1 on 1 interview. After about a week you will be invited to interview at their corporate headquarters. This includes another dinner, two more 1 on 1 interviews, and 2 panel discussions. Mostly behavioral. Received no technical questions but you do need to articulate your financial background and how you can contribute to the firm
