On campus recruiting day for selected candidates. Involves going around and meeting all of the Fifth Third representatives. The next day involved a 1 on 1 interview which was mostly behavioral.

Those who do well get invited to their super day a few weeks later. Involves dinner with current FLP members and bank VPs, with 2 more 1 on 1 interviews and 2 panel interviews
