Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was the phone screen, which was weird because she explained what a STAR question was before asking it, as if we wouldn't know it. The first true interview was a one-on-one with a banker and I could tell he was reluctant to ask the questions from HR and he would have rather just talked, but I had a great conversation with him. The final round was a kind of superday with two video call interviews and that went well too. Nice people, mostly behavioral questions, but technicals too.
