Investment Banking Analyst

Initial phone interview with a VP, associate and analyst, followed by a financial modeling test. In the modeling test, I was asked to build a simple operating model and find comparable companies. Next, I was invited in to the Charlotte office for an afternoon of interview where I met with a range of team members. These interviews were mostly fit with some technical questions and walking some interviewers through the model. I had one follow-up call with the head of the IB group who was not available for the in-office interview. Finally, I received the verbal offer within a week of the final call
