The first step is a thirty minute phone screen that is mostly based on fit questions. For example, what are your long term plans? Why are you interested in Fifth Third?
The second interview is an on-site 2-on-1 interview. The questions are also fit and personality based. If you are a finance or accounting major questions are asked to test basic knowledge of the subjects. They aren't difficult questions.
