I was sent an email to sign up for a time to do a phone interview, I completed the phone interview a few days later in 10-15 minutes. A couple of weeks after I received a call with the offer and that's also when they notified me about the drug and background test requirements.

2. As you know there are other applicants for this job, what makes you stand out from the rest?
3. Can you talk about how your coursework can be applied in this role?
Situational:
4. Talk to me about a time you were faced with adversity and how you handled it
5. Do you participate in any activities other than sports?
6. What do you see yourself doing after college?
After this, the interviewer told me about what Finra does as a whole and then specifically what the department I was interviewing for does and described what I would be doing. It was clear to me that he had my resume on hand but hadn't looked through it in detail.
