Interview
I had a screening call with a recruiting agency and then I had an in person interview no technical questions just behavioral overall it was very easy and not too stressful of a process. Pay was good and the hours were very fair. It was a generalist program so I was able to work with all departments within the bank.
Interview Questions
Asked some questions about leadership and times I had faced setbacks. Asked where my interest in banking stemmed from and what particular parts of the bank I was most eager to work in. Asked Why this particular bank. and then typical walk me through your resume type questions. It was just one day and only took me about 30 minutes to finish. They got back to me within about a week and then I started. I had a very transparent interviewer who told me how many other candidates were being considered and got back to me with feedback after.

Interview Questions
They were very opaque wth the questions asked. They asked me to do a LBO but in the application it said that it was strictly an Mergers and aquisions position, so im not sure why there were probing with leveraged finance questions. After theat, they asked me a bunch of behavior and a few braintersers, like the standard you have 25 hourses and only can race 5 at a time, how to you detemine the fastest three horses with a very high degree of success. Other then that, it was a pretty standard interw process.

Interview
Had an employee refer me to the head of HR at the company. Then was asked to submit a resume, and then had a 30 min phone interview with no technicals. Then had a 3-1 interview at the head office.
Interview Questions
The interview questions themselves were rather straightforward. No technical questions were asked, and all were strictly behavioral. Be in the know on any recent market trends, and if you say something, IT NEEDS TO BE TRUE. These interviewers will come off as casual and almost relaxed, but if you give them an opportunity to trip you up or god forbid catch you in a lie, its game over. Avoid being to cocky, if you claim to be a financial expert, you will get an obscure technical question thrown in your face.
