Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Emailed the company after they posted at my university's job board. Had a phone interview with basic informational questions. Went in for a 1 on 1, which was basically word for word the same as the phone interview with a different person. Told to come back and do a presentation on myself, basically marketing myself to the company. We went through a binder full of projected earnings, as it was insurance company, therefore mostly commission based. The numbers seemed highly inflated, plus other information they presented seemed to be skewed. They wanted me to create a list of 100 people(family/friends) as potential leads, to which a member of the company would follow up on instead of me gaining the commission. Overall, seemed like a scam versus them wanting to give me a long term position.
