Interview
Applied online though "indeed.com". About a month later I recieved a call to set up a phone interview. It wasnt much of an interview, it was more of a "let me tell you about the position" phone call and then set up a face to face interview later. Met with 2 individuals in their finance department, recieved an offer about a week later.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected interview question I recieved was "how would your friends describe you". I have gone through many internship interviews before but that was a first one for me. They asked about excel skills, really focusing on ability to perform pivot tabels. Lots of behavioral type STAR method questions. Tell me a time where you found difficulty in a project and how did you overcome that difficulty. Tell me a time where you had to assume the positon of being a leader.
