Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a speed arithmetic test which if you pass leads on to an IQ test based on sequences and non-verbal reasoning questions.
If you pass this then you will have a Skype interview to find out your motivations for wanting the job and whether or not you understand what it is the company does.
Final round is a case study which you will have 30 minutes to prepare before discussing it with two traders.
