Junior Trader

I applied online and heard back within a week. First step was to submit pre-recorded video answers to a few questions using some program. Next step was an in-office 1on1 interview with HR. The HR lady was extremely nice and accommodating. This round consisted of about 30 minutes of basic fit questions. I also had to take a timed arithmetic test with varying difficulty levels of questions while the HR lady watched. No idea what the cutoff score had to be, but if you're not good at mental math this would be extremely tough. Next round after this was another in-office interview with a trader where I had to walk him and HR through a case study. Also, there was an online IQ assessment. Everyone was nice and the process was fast and clear.
