Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with corporate recruiter and a trader on a campus event. Applied online and set up mental math tests about 2 weeks after submitting my application. First test is 75 mental math questions in 10 minutes. First two parts are quite easy but the last part had many questions involving multiplication of three digit numbers.
