Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through their website and got contacted several weeks later to gauge interest. 1st round consist of a video recorded personality test. Five behavioral questions asking why trading, why flow, what interest you, etc... each question allows you 90 seconds. After that you have to take a math test. Math test is similar to any other prop trading math test. The practice test on tradertest.org will definitely help you. The test is 3 sections starting with single digit arithmetic then double digits. 3rd section is significantly harder with multiple digits. There is a point system, you earn points for every right answers and either earn no point for no answer or lose some points while wrong answer lose the most points. The easier(harder) the problem the more points you lose(earn) if you get it wrong(right). 30 questions for 1st and 2nd section while 10 questions for 3rd sections. I believe if you can consistently pass the medium difficulty on tradertest.org you have a very high chance of passing. I was able to pass the easy difficulty but ended up not passing the flowtrader test. Might have been due to nervousness. And finally, there is a BIG distracting countdown timer that is literally right in your face when you're taking the test. If you frequently look at the timer it will slow you down. Might want to practice taking test with distraction.
