Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview is very simple, you have 10 minutes to complete a really difficult and stupid mental math test using a computer. No pen and paper are allowed and you must fill your answers in to an online form. The test is probably 70 questions and in my mind completely unsolvable in that amount of time (not to mention useless), this is coming from someone with a mathematics degree. The types of questions will be "16x42" and slowly progress in difficulty to "2445/1.4" .
Afterwards easy behavioral interview questions. Spoke very frankly with the HR rep who is also head of campus recruiting and she said the most important thing to emphasize in the interview is goal oriented and also to LOVE trading.
Not impressed with the company, but hopefully that helps.
