Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I had to take a timed 10 minute mental math test consisting of standard multiplication/division (maximum of 2 digits by 2 digits) and fractions. After that, they went straight into the behavioral questions to see if you could still answer them fluently after taking a stressful test.
