Valuation Intern

The first part of the interview was a 60-minute written test on accounting and valuation (specifically picking comparable companies and doing basic valuations). Most of the questions are predictable if you know the guides well. Next, there was a 20 minute interview with 2 analysts at the firm that was entirely behavioral and rather relaxed (tell me about yourself, why valuation, where do you want to be in 5 years, etc.).
