Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I called up FocalPoint's contact listed on the career post, and we had a phone conversation which then turned into an interview. He asked me fit questions: why investment banking, why FocalPoint, and he ended it with two brain teasers. I waited about a month, and then I had a technical phone interview. He asked me four questions. I next had a technical test preceding the superday. It was a modeling test and a teaser. They asked me questions about my answers at the superday. The superday itself was pretty relaxed: I met everyone in the Chicago office, and we all sat around the table and talked about why FocalPoint, why banking, and what I thought I brought to the table. Finally, I FaceTimed with one of the founders.
