Fore Research & Management is a New York-based investment advisor founded in 2003 by Matthew Li.

We focus primarily on credit long/short investments with an emphasis on event driven opportunities. Our culture is firmly rooted in bottom-up fundamental research of individual credits, including companies, sovereigns, and structured products, framed within the context of the global macroeconomic environment. We prize risk discipline and seek to employ liquid instruments while being mindful of ever-changing market technicals.

We have been a registered investment advisor with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission since February 2004.
