Interview
Initially applied on Linkedin. I was contacted by a principal about a week and a half later. I was asked a variety of questions pertaining to my background. They are in very niche Healthcare real estate sector. They are starting to ramp up on acquisitions due to the coming Baby Boomer generation entering retirement age. I did a basic RE modeling test at the in person interview and was no chosen. They made sure multiple times that I was comfortable with the long working hours.
Interview Questions
Are you comfortable with working 70-80 hours during deal season? Why private equity real estate? What is the outlook for the Senior Housing in the next 5-10 years?
