Summer Analyst

This was through an access program called UTIMCO Scholars, which is run by the Texas School System's endowment fund. They partner with a lot of firms and send students who have low access to opportunities to good places. I got interviewed by Fortress, and it consisted of three interviews, one being a phone call and two being on Zoom. The first round was entirely behavioral. It focused on teamwork, learning, and how I thought about problems. The second and third rounds were a mix of behaviorals and technicals, and the techncals were straight out of the guides. Some were things like conceptual valuation, but they were definitely on the easier side.
