Treasury Analyst Intern

There was only 1 interview day - I think it was because they were rushing to find an intern? But I went in early one morning and was initially suppose to interview with only two executives. Once I got there, I had interviews with the two people I was originally suppose to interview with but they later asked if I had time to talk to more members of their team. I ended up meeting with four other people (all senior treasury analysts). All were fit based/behavioral questions - why Fortress, what do you know about Fortress, what kind of programs are you familiar with, walk me through your resume, how do you manage your time, what do you like to do in your free time, etc. The people were all so friendly and it honestly felt more like casual talks than an interview. Make sure to sound enthusiastic, I think they care more about how well you will fit with the team than your technical skills.
